Privacy policy for advancedcultivatorsllc.com and the Advanced Cultivators mobile app. Last updated August 10, 2026. The full text is on this page. Both services are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older.
The app may process your display name, email address, Firebase user identifier, sign-in provider, age-confirmation record, profile preferences, and an optional profile photo. An uploaded profile photo is stored in private account-scoped Azure storage and displayed through a short-lived access link. Website contact and partnership forms may include your name, email, phone number, and message.
If you use the scanner, a product-label image is sent securely to Advanced Cultivators and a Microsoft Azure image-processing service for automated strain and batch recognition. Matching is approximate and may be incomplete or incorrect, and a result does not authenticate a product or prove purchase or ownership. Scan images are processed transiently and are not saved to your profile or scan history.
The app first requests precise foreground-location permission only after you choose a location-based feature such as Near Me, nearby events, a route, directions, or an eligible reward check-in. We do not perform background location tracking. You can decline location access and continue using non-location features.
We may process device and operating-system information, IP address, request and security logs, crash diagnostics, and interactions such as viewing a proof card. After notification permission is granted, the app may process an Apple Push Notification service token and an account-linked installation identifier. We use this information for app functionality, reliability, fraud prevention, and security, not for cross-app tracking.
The app may retrieve non-cannabis merchandise products and order history from Shopify using the verified email on your account. Checkout and payment details are entered on Shopify-hosted pages. No in-app wallet or app payment account is active in this release, and the app does not collect payment-card details.
The website may use cookies or local storage to operate the site, remember preferences such as language, secure restricted pages, and understand basic performance. Browser and device data may include IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate city or region. You can control cookies through your browser.
Firebase supports account authentication. Microsoft Azure services support the API, databases, private profile-photo storage, application monitoring, maps, product-label image processing, and push registration records. Cloudflare R2 stores published brand media.
