This website and all Advanced Cultivators products are intended for adults twenty-one years of age or older. By accessing this website you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement under Massachusetts law.
Advanced Cultivators operates in compliance with applicable Massachusetts cannabis laws and regulations. Our products are cultivated and produced under state licensure and distributed exclusively through licensed retailers.
This website is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Product availability, pricing, and purchasing decisions are determined by independent, licensed cannabis retailers and are subject to change.
The app provides adult-only brand education, product and batch lookup, event and retailer information, account-based collections, and community participation features. The app does not sell cannabis, facilitate cannabis ordering, or permit cannabis redemption.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in account and for information submitted through it. You may request permanent account deletion inside the app. Deletion removes user-scoped service data, including an uploaded profile photo. A minimal account-lifecycle record is retained to prevent delayed requests from recreating a deleted account.
Package scans and image-based product matches use automated, approximate matching and may be incomplete or incorrect. A match does not authenticate a product or prove purchase or ownership. In-app points, stamps, passes, packs, cards and status are entertainment-only digital records. They have no cash value, are not transferable, do not represent ownership of cannabis, and cannot be redeemed for cannabis, merchandise, discounts, or anything else of value.
Location access is optional and is requested only after you choose a location-based feature such as Near Me, nearby events, directions, or a reward check-in. The app does not perform background location tracking. Notifications are optional, and you can decline them and continue using the app.
The app may open third-party services such as Shopify for non-cannabis merchandise. Purchases on an external service are governed by that provider's checkout terms, refund policy, and privacy practices. This release has no active in-app wallet, app payment account, or wallet-funding feature.
