What Danvers allows

The Commission's Municipal Zoning Tracker, read October 23, 2026, gives Danvers three entries: adult-use "Ban in place", delivery "Delivery permitted", and social consumption "No zoning in place". The Commission describes a ban as a municipality that has enacted zoning ordinances or bylaws prohibiting all types of Marijuana Establishments.

That ban is about adult-use establishments. A medical dispensary holds a different licence, which is how Sanctuary Medicinals is listed in a town with an adult-use ban. The tracker calls itself a general guide, so for the bylaw text itself, ask the Danvers town clerk.
