Dispensaries Near Lynn, MA

Lynn has the longest list of the three towns in these guides: six entries on the Cannabis Control Commission's Where to Buy list, one of which also holds a medical licence. This guide lists them by street, says what the state's zoning tracker records for Lynn, walks through the medical card for a Lynn resident and gives the route to Peabody. The card guide is also published in Spanish.

Separately, AC's own partner list names the Lynn dispensaries that carry AC products today.

What the state tracker says about Lynn

The Commission's Municipal Zoning Tracker, read October 23, 2026, shows Lynn's adult-use entry as "Zoning in place", with no cap noted. Delivery is "Delivery permitted" and social consumption is "No zoning in place". Lynn allows adult-use shops, unlike Peabody ("Ban in place") and nearby Saugus and Lynnfield (also "Ban in place"). The tracker is a general guide, so the City Clerk is the source for current ordinances.

A Lynn resident's path to a medical card

A card is not needed to shop at an adult-use shop; it is for buying as a medical patient. The path for a Lynn resident:

The Commission publishes the patient registration form, the renewal form and the caregiver form in Spanish. The card guide has a Spanish version, with the same steps and sources.
