Dispensaries Near Beverly, MA

Beverly is one of the longer drives in these guides, about 18 minutes to Peabody, and nearly all of it is on Route 128 and US 1. The Cannabis Control Commission's Where to Buy list has two Beverly entries, both marked adult-use, and Beverly allows adult-use zoning, which the towns on the Route 1 side mostly do not. This page lists the shops, the tracker entry, a Beverly resident's path to a medical card and the way to Peabody.

Beverly shops on the state list

Cannabis Control Commission "Where to Buy" list, retrieved October 23, 2026. The list shows no other Beverly entry.

Panacea Wellness13 Enon Street, Beverly, MA 01915Adult-use
Reverie 73 Beverly, LLC350-354 Rantoul Street, Beverly, MA 01915Adult-use

Neither row is marked medical. Adults can shop at an adult-use store without a card; the card is for buying as a medical patient. The Commission does not date this list, so check a shop's current status before you go.

Which Beverly stores carry AC flower today is a separate question, answered on AC's own where-to-buy page for the town.

Beverly zoning on the tracker

The Municipal Zoning Tracker, read October 23, 2026, lists Beverly with adult-use "Zoning in place", delivery "Delivery permitted", and social consumption "No zoning in place". No cap is noted. That is the opposite of the entry for neighbouring Danvers, which reads "Ban in place". The tracker is a general guide, and the Beverly city clerk holds the ordinance itself.

A Beverly resident and the medical card

The Massachusetts medical program is run statewide, so a Beverly resident follows the same four steps:

Renewal timing and the caregiver form are in the Massachusetts medical marijuana card guide.

Beverly to Peabody by Route 128

From Beverly City Hall on Cabot Street to 25 Newbury Street is about 11 miles and about 18 minutes by car in light traffic. Take Route 62 (Elliott Street) to Route 128 south, leave at the US 1 exit toward Boston and follow US 1 south into Peabody. From Panacea Wellness on Enon Street or Reverie 73 on Rantoul Street it is about 10 miles and about 17 minutes. Route 128 is slower at rush hour.

AC Peabody is a different kind of store from the two on the list: it will serve registered medical patients and caregivers only.

AC and Peabody, for Beverly readers

Advanced Cultivators is a Lowell cultivator (license MC283314) and the company behind AC Peabody, a medical dispensary now being renovated at 25 Newbury Street on Route 1. No opening date has been announced. Beverly readers who join the patient list on the Peabody page will hear the date when it exists.
