Most problems with a Massachusetts medical card application have a clear owner. A password problem is handled in the Commission's online system, a certification fee is set by your provider, and an expired certification goes back to a provider. This page sorts the common problems by who can fix them.
Who fixes what
To reset a password in the Online System, select "forgot username" or "forgot password"(masscannabiscontrol.com).

Certifying Health Care Providers may charge Registered Qualifying Patients a fee for annual certification visits, and Providers determine their own fees(masscannabiscontrol.com).
